2007维基经济论坛

前  言

“从维基经济第一次崭露头角的那刻起,世界再也不是原来的世界。”——有“数字经济之父”美誉的新经济学家唐·泰普斯科特在他的《维基经济学》中向我们展示了个体力量的上升是如何改变商业社会的传统规则,这种利用大规模协作生产产品和提供服务的新方式,正颠覆我们对于传统知识创造模式的认识,不仅于此,维基经济学也应运而生,成为继长尾理论之后最值得业界皈依的互联网宗教之一。



作为一门新的科学和艺术,维基经济学的得名,缘于维基百科全书网站的巨大成功,它向世界证明:如果有一种方法充分利用组织里的每一个人的智慧,它的能量将无比惊人。维基经济学所揭示的四个新法则——开放、对等、共享以及全球运作——正在取代一些旧的商业教条,许多成熟的传统公司正在从这种新的商务范式中受益。我们所熟知的企业如乐高、英特尔、宝马、IBM、波音、百思买、Youtube、MySpace等,都已经从维基经济中获得巨大的成功。



时代正在改变,合作的新艺术与新科学正在成形。值此《维基经济学》中文版新书上市之际,我们举办“2007维基经济论坛”。本次论坛上,互联网界、经济学界、传媒学界等各界人士将从不同角度思考、审视维基经济模式、新的竞争规则,以及维基企业在组织结构和运作方式方面所发生的深刻变革,给中国经济界、理论界更多的启示和思考。

每天早上5点30分,洒水车就会开始在玉茗大道一带洒水,给街道洒水我们很赞成,但是洒水车的音乐声实在太响,清晨许多人还在熟睡中,经常会被这音乐声给吵醒,请问洒水车在洒水时能否把音乐关掉或开小点声音?

    记者向市市容环卫处一负责人反映了此事,他说洒水车清晨洒水车洒水是便于清洁工打扫,而开音乐一是为了提醒路人,二是为了洒水车行车安全,所以音乐是不能关的,但会提醒司机以后清晨洒水时把音乐声音关小一点。

In metallurgy, stainless steel is defined as a steel alloy with a minimum of 11.5 wt% chromium content.[1] Stainless steel jewelry does not stain, corrode or rust as easily as ordinary steel (it "stains less"), but it is not stain-proof. It is also called corrosion resistant steel when the alloy type and grade are not detailed, particularly in the aviation industry. There are different grades and surface finishes of stainless steel to suit the environment to which the material will be subjected in its lifetime. Common uses of stainless steel are cutlery and watch straps.
Stainless steel differs from carbon steel by amount of chromium present. Carbon steel rusts when exposed to air and moisture. Stainless steels have sufficient amount of chromium present so that a passive film of chromium oxide forms which prevents further corrosion.
An announcement, as it appeared in the 1915 New York Times, of the discovery of stainless steel.[2]A few corrosion-resistant iron artifacts survive from antiquity.
